The Investment Manager is a party authorized by the Otoritas Jasa Keuangan  ("OJK") to conduct business activities, manage the securities portfolio for the customer or to manage the collective investment portfolio for a group of customers.

The party appointed to represent the investor's interest in overseeing the Investment Manager's adherence to the Kontrak Investasi Kolektif (KIK), is responsible for maintaining the assets of the Fund, executing securities transactions in accordance with the Investment Manager's order, administering the Investment Fund, calculating the Net Asset Value and maintaining the data of the Investor.

Parties that registered in OJK and having cooperation agreement with the Investment Manager to sell or to market Mutual Fund to customers.

It is the fair market value of a Securities and other asset of the Mutual Fund after deduction of all expenses and liabilities. The method of calculating the Net Asset Value of the Investment Fund is determined in accordance with the applicable Otoritas Jasa Keuangan (OJK) Regulations. The Net Asset Value of the Mutual Fund is calculated and published on every Bourse Day.

It is every printed statement or written information used for an Initial Public Offering of Mutual Funds with the objective of a prospective investor to purchase Mutual Fund Participation Units, except for statements or information under the Regulation of the Otoritas Jasa Keuangan (OJK) are declared not a Prospectus.

Is a unit used in mutual fund investments. When an investor buys a mutual fund, the investor buys the Participation Unit from the Investment Manager, when the investor sells the mutual fund, the investor sells Participation Units to the Investment Manager. The greater the Participation Unit, the more investors invest in a mutual fund.

Costs Covered by Mutual Funds:

The costs covered by mutual funds are thus reflected in the unit price of the participation (NAV).

1. Cost of Investment Manager (management fee)

2. Cost of Bank Kustomdian (custodian fee)

3. Transaction fees and registration of securities

4. The costs of public accountants, legal consultants and notaries after mutual funds are declared effective by OJK

5. The cost of printing and delivery of prospectus renewals, financial statements, and participation unit confirmation to customers after mutual funds is declared effective by OJK

6. Expenses for emergency purposes for the benefit of mutual funds, and

7. Tax payments relating to these costs

8. Cost of s-invest

Costs Covered By Customer:

1. Participation unit purchase fee, if any

2. Participation Unit redemption fee, if any

3. Participation Unit transfer fee, if any

4. Bank transfer fee related to the purchase and redemption of mutual fund participation unit

No, because the tax for Mutual Funds has been deducted on the asset portfolio / NAV calculation. This is in accordance with the taxation regulation No.16 of 2009, so that Mutual Fund Customers are not charged with taxes at all.

Both Individuals and institutions can invest in Sequis mutual funds as long as they have followed the Know Your Customer (KYC) Principle process and complete the required documents.

Letter of Participation Unit Ownership Confirmation will be sent to Customer's correspondence address no later than 7 (seven) Exchange days since the date of the customer's transaction
