In order to change the type of payment, the customer can fill in the authorization form for debit account/credit card, copy of valid identity, a copy of bank statement book, copy of ATM card (for account source). Note: For payment modification submission other supporting document needed if a customer has already been registered to the autodebet both account and credit card then to modify the payment, a cancellation form to cancel the previous autodebet account credit card must be submitted.
