Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Responsible for conducting market/competitor research in order to support product development and to enhance the competitiveness of sales compensation in agency channel.
- Provide strategic proposals in the development of programs, sales campaigns, contests and other activation, based on comparative analysis with markets and studies of the insurance industry.
- Monitor the implementation of strategies and programs that have been determined, as well as other projects assigned
- Conduct evaluation for improvement and development of new strategies.
Persyaratan
- Candidate must possess at least Master's Degree/Post Graduate Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing or equivalent.
- At least 4 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably Supervisor/Coordinator specialized in Marketing/Business Development or equivalent.
